Customized Printing Orders

Customized printed products are produced according to customer-approved specifications. Because such products are personalized, return or refund availability may be limited once production has started.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If an order is received with a significant printing defect or damage attributable to production or handling, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with details and supporting photographs where applicable.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for checking the final approved design, including spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, addresses and other supplied information before printing.

Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, the amount and method of refund will depend on the circumstances of the order and any applicable payment or processing charges.

Non-Customized Products

Return or exchange availability for non-customized products may depend on product condition and the specific order terms.
