1. Introduction

By placing an order with Umair Printing Press, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all services including invitation card printing, ID card printing, wedding card printing, and any other related services provided by us.

2. Services Offered

Umair Printing Press provides the following services:

• Custom Invitation Card Printing
• Wedding Card Printing
• ID Card Printing
• Business Cards, Flyers, Pamphlets, Posters, and other print materials

All services are subject to availability and design approval.

3. Design & Proofing

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate content (names, dates, contact details, etc.).
• We will share a digital proof before final printing. Printing will only proceed after the client approves the design.
• Umair Printing Press is not liable for any errors (spelling, design, layout) once the proof is approved by the customer.

4. Payments

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate any order.
• Remaining balance must be paid upon completion or before delivery/pickup.
• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer (details will be provided upon request).

5. Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Turnaround time depends on order size, complexity, and approval delays. Standard delivery is 3–7 working days after design approval.
• Delivery is available in Kaushambi and surrounding areas. For outstation delivery, extra charges may apply.
• We are not responsible for courier delays once the product is dispatched.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can only be canceled before the design proof is approved.
• After approval, no refunds will be issued as the order is already in process.
• In case of errors from our side, we will reprint the order at no extra cost.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Umair Printing Press remain our intellectual property unless purchased exclusively.
• Clients must ensure they have the rights to use any logos, images, or copyrighted content provided for printing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Umair Printing Press shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to delay, damage, or error in printed materials.
• Maximum liability is limited to the reprinting of the affected material.

9. Privacy Policy

• Customer information (name, contact, design data) is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required for order processing.
